Returns
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If you wish to return your bike / item please note:
- Bikes must be returned complete including the charger, accessories and manuals and in their original box (if applicable)
- Bikes must be in an unused condition
- No more than 5 ‘test’ miles completed
Any bikes that do not meet this criteria will be considered on a case-by-case basis and a restocking fee may apply at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for any charges for returning a bike which is not damaged or faulty. If we arrange collection of a bike, the delivery charge will be deducted from any refund we make. Please contact us to obtain

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team by calling 01623 677370 who will be able to assist you. If your order has already shipped you will be liable for any delivery charges incurred returning
your order to us.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, for any reason, we will contact you offering a suitable alternative product, where possible, or the opportunity to cancel your order.

All of our used bikes are offered with a 3 month parts & labour warranty (which can be extended for a small fee) including the motor and battery excluding the following:
- Where the warranty period has expired
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage to products due to being improperly installed or improperly repaired
- Products that have been modified, poorly maintained or neglected
- Product damage from anything other than defects in product material
