Behind our successful website, a small team of passionate individuals are the heartbeat of eCycleDirect. We think it’s important customers know they are dealing with real people so let’s meet the team!
Sam joined the cycle industry in 2021 after achieving his degree in sports communications.
He started with Bike Services UK within the warehouse and now operates as the warehouse & website coordinator for eCycleDirect and is our customer service guru too. Sam takes all the photographs and provides descriptions for all our bikes online.
Sam has had a passion for sport growing up playing for professional academies in football but has found joy within the cycling community helping new and experienced riders.
