Pre-Owned Bikes

All Pre-Owned electric bikes come with a 180 day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• Motor faults – including electrical failure not caused by misuse
• Battery performance issues – where battery capacity drops below expected levels during normal use
• Electrical components – including wiring, display units, and controllers
• Manufacturer defects identified post-sale

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. tyres, brake pads, chains, cassettes)
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, paint marks)
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper storage
• Water damage due to submersion or improper cleaning
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Consumable parts unless defective at the time of sale

Battery Information For Pre-Owned Bikes

Batteries naturally degrade over time:

• Expected capacity will reflect the age and usage of the battery
• We guarantee the battery to be functional at the point of sale and throughout the warranty period
