Why Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is a great option if you want to inspect your new bike before taking it home.
You can choose to collect your bike from one of the 8 'The Electric Bike Stores'
Our aim is to deliver your bike to your desired Click & Collect location within a week of placing your order up to a maximum of 14 days. When your bike arrives, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient date and time to collect your bike.
What to expect
On the day of collection you will be taken through a full technical handover to include the following:
- Position setup (saddle height, steering & controls)
- Suspension setup (if applicable)
- Display unit and controller operation (modes, walk assist, other information)
- Battery charging, removal & care
- Cleaning & maintenance advice, tyre pressures
- Warranty Information
- Fit additional accessories (if available)
- A test ride
- Opportunity to ask as many questions as you want!
