Ready2Ride
Our Ready2RideDelivery Service for bikes is now available to UK mainland locations (post code restrictions apply + some outlying areas attract a small surcharge per bike).
Fast, Simple, and Stress-Free
This is a Premium, white glove delivery service by Bike Services UK. They will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested. Additionally, you will receive a brief handover from a trained driver to include the following:
- Position setup (saddle height, steering & controls)
- Turning your bike on and off
- Display unit and controller operation
- Battery charging and removal
- Gear operation
Our aim is to deliver your bike at a time that is convenient to you within a week of placing your order up to a maximum of 14 days.
Conversely, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. You will be provided with tracking information and the driver will contact you on the day of delivery. We will keep you updated if anything changes.
- Eligibility for a FREE Ready2Ride delivery is automatically calculated at the checkout based on your post code.
- On the Map, Zone A (green) is Free Ready2Ride Delivery and there are small surcharges for Zone’s B (orange) & C (yellow)
- For Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Isles that don’t qualify, instead we can courier your bike in a box.
- We don’t deliver to the Channel Islands or ship outside the UK.
Standard Boxed Delivery
For our Standard Boxed Delivery your bike will be sent by TNT or DX couriers with tracking information provided.
NOTE: Standard Boxed Deliveries are very well packed albeit they require basic assembly of the bike upon delivery. In particular, the bars need to be turned and pedals fitted.
