Standard Boxed Delivery

For our Standard Boxed Delivery your bike will be sent by TNT or DX couriers with tracking information provided.

NOTE: Standard Boxed Deliveries are very well packed albeit they require basic assembly of the bike upon delivery. In particular, the bars need to be turned and pedals fitted.

Refunds- Return Any Item Up To 28 Days After Delivery

We accept returns of items bought via our online store up to 28 days from the date of delivery.

If you wish to return your purchase please contact our team within 14 days by email.

If you wish to return your bike / item please note:

Bikes must be returned complete including the charger, accessories and manuals and in their original delivery box (if applicable)

No more than 5 'test' miles completed on bikes.

Bikes / items must be in an unused and as new resalable condition (bikes can't be muddy!)

Items must be in their original packaging 

If a bike has been ridden beyond this level, we may still be able to accept the return. However, it will need to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any bikes / items that do not meet this criteria will be considered on a case-by-case basis and a restocking fee may apply at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for any charges for returning a bike or item which is not damaged or faulty. You are also welcome to return a bike / item to any of our stores.

Packaging & Condition 

To help ensure the bike is protected during return transit, it should ideally be returned in the original delivery box with all internal packaging

The charger

Any manuals or accessories supplied with the bike

All original components supplied with the order 

If the original box is no longer available, please let us know. We may still be able to assist, although additional packaging or collection costs may apply.

If we arrange collection of a bike or item, the collection charge will be deducted from any refund we make. Please contact us for more information.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit if an item is being returned so please if you returning an item please keep your proof of dispatch / tracking information.

Once the bike / item has been received will inspect it fully, if there is damage / mileage of more than 5 miles etc only a partial refund will be issued. 

If the item meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable return costs. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.  Refunds will normally be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase.
